You pay for your order at checkout through our payment provider Stripe. Which payment methods you see depends on your device and browser.
Payment methods
- Credit and debit card: Visa and Mastercard
- Apple Pay: on iPhone, iPad and Mac in Safari, if Apple Pay is set up on your device
- Google Pay: in Chrome and on Android devices, if Google Pay is set up on your device
- Link: Stripe’s quick checkout. Your payment details are stored with Stripe and filled in for your next purchase if you choose to use Link.
We do not charge any fees for payment. We do not offer payment on invoice, cash on delivery or payment in installments.
When you pay
The full price is due when you place your order. With the button “Place order and pay” you confirm the payment, and the amount is charged to your chosen payment method. Your card bank may ask you to confirm the payment, for example with a code or in its app (3-D Secure).
If the payment fails, the order is not placed. You can try again or choose another payment method.
Currency and VAT
All prices are in UAE dirhams (AED) and include 5 % VAT. Shipping within the United Arab Emirates is free. You pay exactly the amount shown at checkout. If your card is issued in another currency, your bank may charge conversion fees; we have no influence on them.
Tax invoice
For every order you receive a tax invoice (“Tax Invoice”) with our tax registration number (TRN) 104855191300003 and the VAT amount. We send it by email and you can also find it in your customer account if you have one.
Security
Stripe processes card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link payments over an encrypted connection. Your card details are entered in Stripe’s payment fields and are not stored in our shop. Details on data processing are in our Privacy Policy.
Refunds
If we refund an amount, for example after a cancellation before your approval or because of a defect, we refund it to the payment method you used for the order. We start the refund within five business days of our confirmation. How quickly the amount appears on your statement depends on your bank, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
